SPELLED PRODUCTS FROM GARFAGNANA

After having become members, from April 2021, of a historic farm in the Alta Garfagnana, we are pleased to offer you here a series of spelled based products, a precious ancient cereal, typical of our territory.

Spelled is grown directly by the company and ground according to ancient milling techniques in a nearby mill; the biscuits made with that flour are then baked in Paolo’s wood oven.

All this to keep alive a centuries-old tradition – which was being lost and which we consider a gift to be preserved – and to be able to offer you healthy and good products, with an ancient flavor, that of our mountains!
